Jess Properties have done work for me on a number of occasions, both planned and emergency. They could not be better. We were most impressed by the workmanship we encountered with the Jess team, whom we found were all very friendly, polite and professional. The work was efficiently overseen on a very regular basis and we were constantly updated with any changes, or any decisions that were needed. All in all the project, which was major, was most satisfactory and we are delighted with the results.
The Jess team did a really good job on the renovation of our bathroom. The tiling by Martin was particularly good and John made sure that any modifications or other issues were sorted out promptly. The mess was kept under control too! The bathroom looks better than we had hoped.

Last month a new bathroom was installed in the loft of our home by Jess Properties. From the initial consultation phase to completion, everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished bathroom. The bathroom has been finished to a very high standard, and completed on time with no problems. During the work, any disruption to the house was kept to a minimum and at the end of each day the area was kept tidy. We are thrilled with how it’s gone and how great it looks, and I have already asked them about working for us again by renovating an existing bathroom on our main floor.
We have used Jess properties on 3 occasions over the last couple of years. Each time they have been professional, immensely courteous, tidy and always stuck to budget. Most importantly they engage on a personal level making you feel part of the family, and the quality of the work is outstanding. I have no hesitation to go to them again for future work. Jess Properties have completed a number of projects for us over the last 4 years and are currently carrying out a loft conversion with a side and rear dormer and a single-story rear extension including a kitchen refit. They are a very open and honest team, who always arrive on time and work extremely hard throughout the course of a project. They are very considerate not to disrupt family life and minimise the mess and impact the work has on the rest of the house. We have continued to use Jess Properties due to their high standard of finish and have never had to recall them for any defects.
